I’ve always struggled with the term Marketer. It seems so… entitled. And to be honest, I don’t think it fits my identity. I’m a skier. I’m a climber. I’m a one-time cyclist. But Marketer? That one just sounds contrived.
But I am a “Brand Guy.” I spend hours in both a professional setting and personal setting analyzing brand. What brand values are being communicated through each piece of collateral? What needs to be done aesthetically to push brand identity to the consumer?How do we shape our marketing tactics to speak to the intended end consumer? I believe that brand sits at the crossroads between product and a consumer, and I like to facilitate that brokerage.
I’ve spent my career working in skiing; it’s been a prevailing passion of mine. But it consumed me too much. I wasn’t able to turn it off. So I quit the industry, and now I’m looking to move beyond. I’m primed and ready to address your content strategy needs. I have a proven track record producing content, managing influencers and ambassadors, and utilizing more granular marketing tactics to reach your end consumer. And I enjoy smashing out copy on a 13-inch laptop.
